2. Service Description

The Pickup and Drop Delivery Service facilitates the transportation of packages from a specified pickup location to a designated drop location through assigned delivery partners ("Delivery Agents"). The platform acts solely as a facilitator between Customers and Delivery Agents.

3. Eligibility

  • The Customer must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • The Service may be restricted to certain geographic locations.

  • Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of booking.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers must not send the following items through the Service:

  • Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods

  • Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials

  • Perishable items without proper packaging

  • Cash, negotiable instruments, or precious metals

  • Animals, plants, or biological substances

  • Any item prohibited under applicable laws

The platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel deliveries containing prohibited items.

5. Packaging & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for proper and secure packaging of items.

  • The platform and Delivery Agents are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  • Fragile items must be clearly labeled.

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • The Customer must ensure availability at the pickup and drop locations.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

  • Failed pickups or deliveries due to Customer unavailability may incur additional charges.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, weight, time, and demand.

  • Prices displayed at booking may change due to route or service modifications.

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

  • No cash payments are accepted unless explicitly stated.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations before pickup may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Cancellations after pickup may not be refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated timeline as per the platform’s refund policy.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • The platform’s liability, if any, is limited to the declared value of the item or as per applicable law.

  • The platform is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Customers are advised to opt for insurance coverage, if available, for valuable items.

10. Delivery Agent Conduct

  • Delivery Agents are independent contractors and not employees of the platform.

  • Any issues related to agent behavior should be reported through customer support.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

The platform is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technical failures.

12. User Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop details and contact information.

  • Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of access.

13. Data Privacy

Customer data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
