Konetx Admin Dashboard – Add Products Guide

Step 1

Log In to Admin Dashboard

Visit https://konetx.rostaging.com/admin and log in using your admin credentials.

Step 2

Open Product Management

From the left menu, go to Catalog → Products (or Services if your version uses that label).

Step 3

Add a New Product

  • Click + Add Product.

  • Enter the Product Name (e.g., “Tipper Truck Delivery”).

  • Select Category (e.g., Waste Pickup, Courier, Move).

  • Set Price Type (Fixed, Per Km, or Time-Based).

  • Add Price Value and Description.

Step 4

Upload Product Image

Use high-quality images that clearly represent the service. Recommended size: 800×600px.

Step 5

Assign Vendors (Optional)

If specific vendors should offer this service, open the Vendor Mapping tab and select them.

Step 6

Set Availability and Pricing Rules

  • Go to Admin → Pricing → Rules.

  • Define pricing logic (e.g., ₦500 base + ₦100 per km).

  • Save and apply it to the product.

Step 7

Publish Product

Review details, set status to Active, and click Save or Publish.

Tips

  • Use short, clear product names (e.g., “Mini Van Move”).

  • Keep inactive or test products disabled.

  • Duplicate existing products for faster setup.
